Rockstar Games has recently unveiled that their 2011 hit, L.A. Noire, is returning to shelves for the newer generation of video game consoles. This includes the Playstation 4, Xbox One, and the Nintendo Switch. All of the DLC will be included as well as new features for each console. There will be enhanced visuals and 4k support on the PS4 Pro and Xbox One X. For the Nintendo Switch version, there will be motion controls, HD Rumble, and contextual touch-screen controls (Of course, you could also take the game with you on the go). L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files will also be released for HTC Vive.
Rockstar Founder Sam Houser has this to say about it:
“We’re excited to bring L.A. Noire’s unique mix of real detective work, classic Hollywood atmosphere and thrilling action to these new platforms. Now with a choice of spectacular virtual reality, stunning 4K, or the freedom of portable play, these enhanced versions are a perfect opportunity for players to experience this richly detailed world in a whole new way.”
L.A. Noire is making its second debut on November 14th. Also worth noting is that this the first time Rockstar is supporting a Nintendo console since the Wii era.
