Nintendo lit the gaming world ablaze with their Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Direct earlier today, showing off Simon and Richter Belmont from the Castlevania series arriving as echo fighters, as well as confirming an unprecedented 103 stages. Of course, that wasn’t all, as three big fighters: King K. Rool, Dark Samus and Chrom, have all been confirmed as well!

This game just keeps on getting bigger. We already had Ridley announced earlier this year at E3 2018, alongside a host of other characters. With King K. Rool, Dark Samus and Chrom also joining the fray, that makes for 67 confirmed fighters. At this rate of adding in surprise fighters, I’m pretty sure every character fans have ever wanted is going to be present in the game. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate releases on December 7th, 2018 for the Nintendo Switch.
