A while back, Koei Tecmo announced that they would be bringing Warriors All-Stars to Europe and North America. This hack and slash title features many characters from various series the publisher owns. It will be available on PS4 and PC.

After the king’s death, an important source of magic in a mysterious land began to dry up. To help in their hour of need, Princess Tamaki has summoned many saviours from diverse worlds and time periods. Unfortunately, her power went out of control and these champions were scattered across the domain. In order to take the throne for themselves, other royal descendants have decided to take advantage of this situation. Three factions will now wage war to determine who will take over as ruler of the land.
The core gameplay in Warriors All-Stars remains the same as the main Warriors series. Players will take control of a combatant and slaughter massive hordes of enemies in real time action-packed battles. There are also some new systems in place in this title. Players can call upon up to four allies to unleash a variety of special team attacks. Performing these techniques also improves the relationship between characters, further enhancing their power. The cast can also strengthen their bonds by spending time together in the Sanctuary. This area includes a tavern, an inn, and hot springs. As relationships develop, special scenes providing more insight into characters’ backgrounds occasionally appear.
Warriors All-Stars also has a “Hero Card” crafting system. These cards give characters access to new skills and boost their stats. Players can also boost the stats of their fighters by exchanging gold for experience points.

Warriors All-Stars will release in North America on August 29, 2017. The PC version will be available in Europe on the same day, but PS4 owners will have to wait until September 1, 2017.
