As we mentioned last week, XSEED has announced the North American release date for SENRAN KAGURA Peach Beach Splash. Marvelous Games in Europe have revealed their release date for the title as well. The PS4 exclusive third person shooter will be out in North America on September 26, 2017. Europe will get the game a few days earlier on September 22, 2017.

While this entry has different gameplay than previous games, the story is still canon to the Versus series. The game features 5v5 matches with a roster of over 30 characters. In addition to the main campaign, players can challenge others online or cooperate in a horde survival mode. The game also includes side stories for each member of the cast. Like other games in the franchise, players can change their character’s clothes and interact with them in private. Unlike other titles, they can swap out their equipment and abilities as well to better fit their playstyle. As with the outfit customization, players can pick from plenty of options.
Along with the release date news, Marvelous uploaded a new trailer for the game. This video shows off the game’s features and also offers a brief look at its gameplay in action.
This is the first title from Marvelous under the Honey∞Parade Games brand. Currently, a physical limited edition is available for pre-order. This will be the only physical edition of the game. Additionally, a digital LE is available for pre-order as well.
