One piece was missing from the game Forza Motorsport 7. Players could not access the League feature, that is until yesterday. The game has been updated to allow us to play against each other in a season format. The Forza blog gave us a detailed look at how this will all work:
Forza Motorsport 7 Leagues are organized by seasons, each made up of week-long series which include numerous events. Players in Leagues are grouped by skill bands and each band features five ranks. League players earn points after each race, and players can move up or down in ranks and bands as a League Season progresses. Players will earn daily rewards for taking part in League events, and earn credit rewards for being promoted in rank and/or band. In addition, all players who take part in a Series event can earn great rewards like cars, badges, and Driver Gear.
I can safely say that the League mode is no joke. I didn’t even finish my first race when I played last night. You really need to be prepared to play against the best. Some of the new fixes that will be apart of the game now include the ability to make a race up to 1000 laps or 24 hrs. For a full list of what has been added to the game click this link. One more thing happened yesterday as well. Players can now add new cars to their collections.
The Doritos Car Pack is now available to this who have purchased the Car Pass or Ultimate Edition. The pack is also available as a single purchase from the Xbox Live store. Why don’t you take a few minutes and enjoy the trailer detailing what the seven new cars will be. Don’t forget to check out TiCGN’s review of Forza Motorsport 7 as well.
