Not only does today mark the beginning of the Xbox Spring Sale, but it seems Activision and Treyarch also have been feeling generous as well. The beloved Nuk3town bonus map will now be free for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 players on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
Set in 2065, this fan favorite map from Black Ops has returned in a big way. Nuk3town has been re-designed from the ground up to highlight Treyarch’s new momentum-based, chained-movement system, allowing players to battle in this adrenaline-charged multiplayer map. Players will experience a new take on this classic run-and-gun, close-quarters map. Escape a harsh reality and enjoy this virtual neighborhood of the future
Players will receive other free goodies as well. The Nuke3town Personalization Pack will also be available for free and this includes:
- Nuk3town themed Weapon Camo
- Three Nuk3town themed weapon reticles
- Nuk3town themed calling card
The map and personalization pack are already included with the game’s latest update.
Treyarch also announced that in celebration of Nuk3town going free, they will add the Nuke3toen 24/7 bonus playlist to Black Ops3 starting from today until March 28 at 10 am PST.
