Developers of The Witcher series, CD PROJEKT RED, today announced a brand new figure of Geralt of Rivia. However, as it’s April Fools’ day, the new model is somewhat amusing.
An image was shared on twitter, showing Geralt posing naked in a bathtub – an iconic scene and one that’s often used in articles about the game.

Eagle eyed viewers will have spotted that the image has placeholder text in the bottom left hand corner. Given this and the fact that it’s April 1st, we suspect we’re being pranked.

There were a slew of responses to CD PROJEKT RED from fans saying that they would love to actually buy the figure, joke or not. So who knows? If there are enough requests, something which started off as a harmless jape may end up becoming reality.
