It’s no secret that other than Jujutsu Kaisen that the Act-Age manga is arguably the most popular series in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump right now. Fans of the series have been clamoring for an anime adaptation of the series for what seems like months now. With rumors swirling every day that the announcement is coming, it looks like we finally might have a date that fans can get excited for. In Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine the 25th issue, they have announced that the Act-Age manga will have a special announcement coming June 1st.
Although of course this isn’t confirmation that it will be an anime adaptation. However, given the rising popularity of the series and the company looking for their next Demon Slayer, I’m fairly confident that this will be the day. So let us know in the comment section below what you think of the possible anime announcement. Are you excited or would you rather a different series get an anime.
If you haven’t heard of the series before here is a brief synopsis: “Being a famous actress or an actor is a dream millions of people all over the world have. While it’s not impossible to achieve, it’s ridiculously hard to make in the biz, no matter what country you’re in. But Kei Yonagi’s not like the other actresses, she has “super acting” powers. Her skills are off the chart, but that doesn’t mean she’ll make it. In fact, she may be too good at what she does.”
