There is no doubt that Nintendo has hit a home run with their hybrid console the Nintendo Switch, and have completely left all failings of the Wii-U in the dust. This is even more cemented by the news that broke early this morning that the Nintendo Switch has officially sold 5 million units in Japan alone. This was reported by the Japanese company Kadokawa, which has the official number of Nintendo Switch’s sold in Japan at 5,007,368. The best selling software in Japan is filled with Nintendo Switch hits, which in order of the most sales are. Splatoon 2, Super Mario Odyssey, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild, Kirby Star Allies.
