Back in the day Nintendo Power was not only the groundbreaking magazine that featured all sorts of Nintendo video game coverage, it also boasted colorful pictures that were utilized to full effect by official Nintendo comic strpis. Yep, there were comics exclusive to certain issues of Nintendo Power. Ranging from simple strips starring some kid named Nester to strips of Super NES classics like Star Fox and The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. The latter got a recent re-print by Viz Media last year and it seems that they aren’t done with these comics just yet. Viz Media now plans to re-print Super Mario Adventures for the fall of 2016. 
I am thrilled to see this comic series return!
