According to the latest scan from WeeklyShonenJump magazine, the two latest characters to join the My Hero Academia: One’s Justice roster have been released: Stain (The Hero Killer) and Shota Aizawa (Eraserhead). The news of Stain and Eraserhead comes from the good people at shonengamez who got a hold of the latest scan which you can view below.
Now as of this moment, there is no information regarding how the two characters’ quirks will work in-game. This is fairly important, especially since Aizawa has the power to erase opposing quirks and Stain has the ability to use an opponents blood to paralyze them in battle. Until more information is released it is nice to finally have another villain confirmed besides Shigaraki.

A brief setup for the plot of My Hero Academia: One’s Justice:
What would the world be like if 80 percent of the population manifested superpowers called “Quirks” at age four? Heroes and villains would be battling it out everywhere! Being a hero would mean learning to use your power, but where would you go to study? The Hero Academy of course! But what would you do if you were one of the 20 percent who were born Quirkless?
