Sorry, fans of the classic Fable games, but it looks like you’ll have to keep waiting for the next single player installment in the series.
Lionhead’s Twitter has confirmed that Fable 4 isn’t being worked on and that the upcoming Fable Legends is where the company is currently focused on.

Though this might not be entirely true as the company has been confirmed to be working on a new IP. However, we don’t know far into development that game is so perhaps they actually are waiting for Fable Legends to be finished before they fully start production on that game.
Fable Legends is currently in beta and is set to release sometime this year on Xbox One and Windows 10.
