BlazBlue Is Heading Back To Xbox

The BlazBlue franchise is making its way back to the Xbox platform. Arc System Works has announced that BlazBlue Chrono Phantasma Extend will release on Xbox One in North America on June 30th. This will be a welcomed gift for Xbox fans as the original Chrono Phantasma game skipped the Xbox 360 and was only released on PS3. Chrono Phantasma made a name for itself at EVO 2014 by having on of the most epic battles in EVO’s history. Chrono Phantasma Extend is more than just a port of an old game, Arc System Works have added a few things to sweeten the deal.

Extend is adding two new characters to the roster Celica and Lambda which will bring the final character count to 28. CRUSH ‘EM is a revamped Guard Gauge System that allows players to decide when they will attack/black using the Barrier Gauge meter.In an effort to appeal to more gamers more features have been added to Stylish Mode to make the game more accessible. Auto Guard, Combo Attacks, Special Abilities and Distortion Drive will allow beginners to pull off flashy attacks and combos just like veterans of the franchise.The last major feature that has been added is Remix Heart which heart warming story mode that features Mai Natsume and Kajun Faycott as well as other characters the main scenario.

BlazBlue Chrono Phantasma Extend is looking to make its jump into the Next Gen and with this package it’s ready to make its mark. With addition of new characters, new mechanics and a new story mode, Arc System Works is ready to make BlazBlue a household name.
