The new trailer to DC’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice was released late December 2nd and features some familiar faces from the DC universe in action!
The trailer sets most of its attention on Batman and the man behind the mask, Bruce Wayne. Clark Kent, also known as Superman, disagrees with Batman’s methods leading to Kent initiating an intense interview of Wayne. The interview takes place at an event that is hosted by none other than the billionaire villain, Lex Luthor. The interaction between the three is exciting, tense, and sets the stage for the action sequences between Batman and Superman that follow.
Batman also shows off a couple of the vehicles he pilots and puts to use in the film. The trailer culminates with the reveal of Doomsday, an intensely powerful foe that Batman and Superman will have to take on despite their differences. As Doomsday is seen causing massive destruction upon his release into the outside world.
Note that this is the first appearance of Wonder Woman in action as she unexpectedly joins the battle to assist the Son of Krypton and the Bat of Gotham as they prepare to face Doomsday in their epic, heroic poses side by side that close out the trailer.
