The popular torrent app Torrex Pro on Windows 10 will be making its way to the Xbox One this Summer! Xbox users will get the app when Microsoft merges the Xbox Store with the Windows Store.
Torrex Pro was recently updated to prepare for this move, as reported by MSPowerUser.
I’m looking forward to see how this will work out when Microsoft releases the much anticipated Anniversary Update for Windows 10, which will bring the store merger and will add the UWP app support to Xbox One. Once that’s complete, Torrex Pro shouldn’t be the only app to make the jump, look for more to follow.
Torrex Pro also includes a media player, which could be the best way for Xbox One owners to make use of the application. It can potentially be the way users can unlock the long awaited background music feature.
