Telltale has announced that its Walking Dead spinoff based on fan favorite character Michonne will premiere in February 2016.
The Walking Dead: Michonne – A Telltale Games Series will be a three-part standalone series that will premiere on PC/Mac, PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, iOS, and Android.
According to Telltale, the game’s story explores Michonne’s “untold journey during the time between issues #126 and #139. Through this three-episode Telltale Games series, players will discover what took Michonne away from Rick, Ezekiel, and the rest of her trusted group… and what brought her back.”
As teased earlier today, the Michonne series will star Samira Wiley from Netflix’s Orange is the New Black.
The Michonne series was originally announced at E3 with a fall 2015 release date.
