After approximately six months of console exclusivity on PlayStation 4, Xbox One owners finally got to experience Rocket League on their system last month. It is a great game and many of us wondered what sort of reception Rocket League would receive on Xbox One.
If a recent post from the game’s official Twitter account is any indication, Rocket League has been received very enthusiastically by Xbox One players. The game has surpassed one million unique players on Xbox One.
YES! We have officially eclipsed more than 1 MILLION unique players on @Xbox One! Thank you very much for continuing to support us!

That does not mean that one million players have purchased the game but it is a great start and frankly, Rocket League deserves the success.
Rocket League was released on February 17th for Xbox One. This version of the game includes three DLC packs as well as two exclusive vehicles and several customizations unique to the Xbox.
