Red Dead Redemption 2 was a massive success for Rockstar on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. However, there is one platform that is always itching for information about when the game could be coming to the platform. PC gamers have been very vocal about their desire for a PC version of the game, and after waiting for GTA V many players wonder a simple question. How long is Rockstar going to make them wait? While there is no concrete data in place stating the game will get a PC release, keeping in mind that to this day you still cannot get Red Dead Redemption (2010) on PC. However, PC players can rejoice as it appears in Rockstar’s Social Club source code a PC version is in the works.
As originally reported by PC Gamer there is a line of source code that directly points to “RDR2_PC_Accomplishment”. It doesn’t take a rock scientist to figure out that Rockstar is working in the background of their architecture to support a PC version of Red Dead Redemption 2.
