Rainbow Six Siege: Operation Para Bellum Teased

Ubisoft’s tactical shooter Rainbow Six: Siege Year 3 has seen the game elevate to new and higher heights, with a consistent increase in playerbase. It is really amazing just how much this game has changed since it originally launched, as Ubisoft continues to support it with the upcoming Season 2 update codenamed “Operation Para Bellum”.

While the previous operation saw the introduction of Lion and Finka, in this new operation will see the introduction of two new operators. These operators will be defenders from an Italian CTU, with no further details available at this time. The update will also include the addition of a new map which will bring the total amount of maps up to 19! One of the big changes that will be coming with the Season 2 update will be changes to how players pick characters in ranked matches. This season will see the introduction of a pick and ban system, which will allow players to counter specific operators and adds a whole different level of strategy to the pre-game. More details will be released in regards to Operation Para Bellum during the Rainbow Six Siege Final on May 19th till the 20th.  We should find out more details about the new map as well as the new operators through this event.
