Ori and the Will of the Wisps is a highly anticipated sequel of Ori and the Blind Forest. Moon Studio, is an independent video game development studio that is under the Xbox Global Publishing.

For those who have never played the Ori and the Blind Forest, I highly suggest you do so. If you are wondering what type of game Ori and the Will of the Wisps is? Look no further: The Ori franchise is a platform adventure in the mold of a Metroidvania video game.
What is the game about? Colorful creatures?
Ori and the Blind Forest is known for its platforming, intense chase scenes, as well as dramatic music. The original game took us on an emotional journey where Ori was the main protagonist. Ori, a white guardian spirit, who had to survive the forest while learning how to get around puzzles and platforming to advance to the many different areas in the game. The forest underwent a catastrophe and it was up to Ori to help restore the forest.
Ori and the Will of the Wisps, is looking to expand on the original game with a bigger world, more emphasis on combat, and even more depth. Ori looks to continue his journey as the white guardian spirit. We shall see what adventures lie before him in the sequel. Did I forget to mention bosses? Ori and the Will of the Wisps look to add not only a bigger and brighter world but also bigger and badder enemies. Spiders… why did it have to have spiders!
And for the first time in the series, Ori will be equipped with new weapons. Ori will have a spirit sword as well as a spirit bow that shoots spirit arrows to help defeat his enemies. More weapons and new abilities will be available to the gamer once you progress in the game. With the new emphasis on combat, it will help differentiate itself from the original game.
When can I play?
Ori and the Will of the Wisps will launch on March 11, 2020, on PC, and Xbox platforms currently. In addition, the game will release on the same day on Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass PC for game pass subscribers.
