After spending two weeks at number one, Dark Souls 3 was replaced by the latest installment in the Plants vs. Zombies franchise. Garden Warfare received the option for a free downloadable demo this week, and this might be the reason this blockbuster from EA jumped to the number one spot. Dark Souls 3 dropped down to the 4th spot on the chart, with Quantum Break hitting the 10th spot.
The most downloaded title this week is Sunset Overdrive, which is free with Games with Gold. It’s the third week it’s been at the number one position, and it’s currently the 8th most popular game on Xbox One, outperforming titles such as Halo 5, Fallout 4 and Star Wars Battlefront. The Xbox One exclusive didn’t get much attention when it launched back in 2014, but it’s great to see that people are actually playing this epic game.
