Planet Zoo creators Frontier Developments have revealed the dates for the game’s upcoming beta. For those of you that haven’t heard of it, the game is a zoo management simulator in the vein of the Zoo Tycoon series from the early 2000s. In fact, the two series share the same developer. The highly-anticipated game has had two pre-order options available for the past few months. The Deluxe option offered pre-order beta access with no confirmed dates.
Until now.
A recent article from PC Gamer reveals that the Planet Zoo beta will run from September 24th to October 8th. The beta will include access to as-of-yet unrevealed animals. Players will also be able to test both the first campaign scenario and one biome in the sandbox mode.
Look out for Planet Zoo‘s launch on Steam on November 5th.
