A spinoff series for the One Piece manga is apparently in the works according to a recent issue from Shueisha’s Saikyo Jump magazine. The series will be titled ChinPiece and will launch on June 1st. The story will feature a new character named Qin. Take a look at the tweet below.

The series has been officially approved by One Piece creator Eiichiro Oda. Amami added in the above tweet that he can’t really explain about the content of the manga because it varies, but said he wanted to say one thing about the series: “I’m sorry.”
Yoshikazu Amami launched Hit Saku no Tsumeaka Kudasai! essay manga in Shonen Jump+ on November 4, which featured Oda as a fish avatar.
