Nintendo reveals E3 2019 schedule

Nintendo has unveiled all of their planned festivities for E3 2019 and it looks like there will be lots of content to keep fans engaged. The big news of course is the Nintendo Direct presentation for E3 2019. That will be streamed on June 11th but we’ll get back to that in a moment because something awesome is coming before that.

On Saturday, June 8th Nintendo will host teams from all over the world so they can battle it out in Splatoon 2 and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tournaments. If you happen to be in Los Angeles, the tourneys will be held at The Theatre at Ace Hotel. Admission will be free but space is limited so show up early if you can. This will be the first official team-based event for Super Smash bros. Ultimate as players join up for 3v3 matches.

Be sure to check out the Nintendo Direct stream on Tuesday, June 11th at 9 a.m. Pacific Time. Nintendo says that the presentation will focus on games that will be released for the Switch in 2019 but yours truly is hoping for a tease of what will be coming later. By the way, it looks like Nintendo is serious about not not revealing any new hardware SKUs for the Switch during the week of E3.

The Nintendo Treehouse will be streaming closer looks at upcoming Switch games from June 11th to the 13th. This will be a great chance to learn more about the games you are most excited for.

The Inner Circle will be sending a team to E3 as usual so be sure to check back for their impressions about the newest games and announcements.
