As you may know the Nintendo NX has been confirmed to release along the lines of March, 2017. Due to those circumstances Nintendo has chosen to delay the new upcoming title, The Legend of Zelda. Keep in mind that this is the only game that we know of that is expected to be a launch title for Nintendo’s console (code named) NX. That being said, Nintendo’s president Tatsumi Kimishima has mentioned his plans for what consumers should expect launch wise of this new ambitious console.
(Translation) “Having a full software lineup when the hardware launches is one reason for the NX launch timing. Also, we must be in a state to release titles not just at launch, but continually afterwards. We are planning for it to be a platform that will be played for a long time.”
Hopefully the president sticks towards his guns and provides a respectable lineup that gamers of all kinds can enjoy.
