If you are anything at all like me then you probably have quite a few digital games purchased from Xbox Live. While the backwards compatibility on Xbox One feature has certainly been welcome I have found myself wanting a way to see Xbox 360 games are playable on Xbox One while away from the console. Sometimes my console is being used by someone else or I am perusing Xbox.com while shopping for games.
Well, it turns out this feature has been quietly added to Xbox.com. I am not sure exactly when this became available but I became aware of it while lurking on Reddit. Simply logging into Xbox.com and viewing your profile will show you several tabs such as achievements, your messages, friends and of course, your games. It seems that the My Games tab is a visual representation of your download history on both Xbox One and Xbox 360. The screenshots in this article were taken from my own account while browsing my library.
As you can see, Xbox 360 games that are playable on Xbox One are now marked with a label. You can even filter your view to only show backwards compatible games. Nice work, Microsoft. Now if you can just let us buy Xbox 360 games from the Xbox One…
