The Nintendo 3DS has been receiving a healthy amount of Mario Party games this decade, and Mario Party: The Top 100 continues to take the party on the go. This time, however, the game will utilize a hundred minigames that derive from all ten of the numbered Mario Party games on home consoles. This ranges from the original Nintendo 64 Mario Party to Mario Party 10 on the Wii U. You can also play with up to three other players with a single cartridge via the Download Play feature or local wireless.
Not too much else is known (such as whether or not there will be boards to play on), but the trailer demonstrates many of the remastered minigames players will get to experience in this release. Oddly, none of the handheld entries in the series seem to be represented despite Mario Party: The Top 100 being an upcoming 3DS title. Either way, you can expect to get the party started on November 10th – merely a couple of months from now. Are you still playing your 3DS? If you have your dedicated little Nintendo handheld around and have an interest in the long-running minigame series, you may want to keep an eye on this one.
