Bandai Namco recently announced that Little Witch Academia: Chamber of Time will have online play and local co-op. However, these features will not be available when the game launches in Japan on November 30th. Instead, they will be part of a future update. The game is also coming to PS4 and PC in Europe and North America, but they have yet to announce multiplayer for these regions.
Little Witch Academia: Chamber of Time is an upcoming beat ’em up set in the world of the popular show. During her first summer vacation at the academy, protagonist Akko decided to uncover the truth of the school’s seven mysteries. Along the way, she found a hidden chamber and wound up caught in a time loop with her friends. To put an end to this phenomena, the group will have to fight a lot of monsters as they continue to explore Luna Nova Academy.
The English version of the upcoming game does not have a firm release date yet. However, Bandai Namco expects to have it available in early 2018.
