When Konami revealed the next generation Silent Hill game just called Silent Hills, everyone including myself was blown away by how realistic and utterly amazing it was. Unfortunately the game was cancelled and our collective dreams smashed by Konami. They have since then ceased all AAA development and will focus on mobile games only.
But needless to say, a small indie developer took up the challenge and showed us the amazing demo for their game based off of PT, running in Unreal Engine 4. It captured the essence of Silent Hills perfectly and we’ve been wondering and waiting for more news on this game ever since. Well the developer recently launched a Kickstarter campaign for Allison Road so expect the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC versions of this game to ship by December 2016 (if it gets funding).
