Although it looks like Microsoft has the marketing deal for the highly anticipated Fallout 4, they will not be receiving any exclusive DLC nor will anyone else.
A Betheseda employee revealed on Twitter that the game’s DLC will be available to everyone regardless of DLC.
@XxThe5sGuyxX we aren't doing a DLC exclusive with anyone

This most likely includes getting DLC first as the Xbox 360 got Skyrim’s DLC before anyone else did.
Bethesda recently announced that Fallout 4 will be receiving a season pass, so this most likely means that the game will have a sizable amount of DLC to keep players playing for months, if not years.
Fallout 4 launches November 10 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
