EA Access Is Coming to PlayStation 4

Today, Electronic Arts has announced that EA Access is coming to PlayStation 4. Previously, the service was only available on Xbox One, while Origin Access was available on PC.

EA Access is a subscription service that allows users to save 10% on new EA games, as well as play games for 10 hours before launch. They also get access to the Vault, which contains multiple past games. The service costs $4.99 USD per month, or $29.99 USD for a yearly subscription.

Matt Bilbey, Executive VP of Strategic Growth at Electronic Arts, said that “As we continue to invest in digital and subscription services, bringing great games to even more players across more platforms is an exciting opportunity for everyone.” He continued by saying “Our goal is to give players more choice to try and play our games wherever and however they choose, and we’re happy to bring EA Access to PlayStation 4.”

EA Access will launch on PlayStation 4 sometime in July. We’ll be sure to let you know when an exact date is announced.
