The summer vacation season is beginning to wind down as we begin to prepare for another year of classes and other adult responsibilities. There is still some time to squeeze in some extra fun though and a new batch of Games with Gold titles will soon be available. Without further ado, here are your Games with Gold titles for August 2019.
Xbox One Games
Gears of War 4 ($29.99) – The highly anticipated Gears of War 5 will be released in September so why not get reacquainted with its predecessor? Playing through this game will net you some in-game rewards (including character skins) that you can bring with you when you get your hands on Gears of War 5. This game will be available from August 1st through August 31st.
Forza Motorsport 6 ($29.99) – Slide into the seat of your favorite cars and take them for a spin in Forza Motorsport 6. Remember that your progress in Forza games boosts your level in the Forza Hub which gives you rewards to use like credits and cars. This game will be available on AUgust 16th through September 15th.
Xbox 360 Games
Torchlight ($14.99) – Here we have an Action-RPG from a number of ex-developers of the Diablo series. This would be a good time to explore this game as Torchlight II will soon be coming to Xbox One. This game will be available on August 1st and be available all month.
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow ($19.99) – You can spend the rest of August dispatching the supernatural forces of evil with Gabriel, a member of the legendary Belmont family. This game will be available on August 16th through August 31st.
