If you have a taste for retro games then you might be interested in picking up a PlayStation Classic. The micro console from Sony is now available for an all time low price of $24.99 USD. This special price is available from Amazon and Best Buy. It is quite a big drop from the original asking price of $99 when it was released late last year.
Your 25 bucks gets you the micro console itself and a controller. The console comes preloaded with 20 games. The North American version of the PlayStation Classic includes:

The device certainly has its flaws but it can be modded without much difficulty. I do not condone piracy but if you have a stack of old PlayStation games and the ability to back them up then you can add them to the PlayStation Classic through one of its USB ports. As with most console mods there is a bit of risk but at a price of only $25 it won’t break the bank if you inadvertently brick it. It is up to you to decide if the risk is worth it.
