After rumors first began earlier this month, we’ve now got confirmation that Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is happening. During the April 2019 episode of Inside Xbox, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate has been officially announced.
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will combine an Xbox Live Gold and an Xbox Game Pass subscription together. The monthly price is $14.99 USD, with no 3-month, 6-month or yearly deals revealed yet.
This combined subscription will launch later in 2019, with access being granted right now to members of the Xbox Insiders program.
Xbox Game Pass has new games added every month, with Prey recently added to the program and Monster Hunter: World coming in just a couple of days. Microsoft is continuing to expand their services and with Project xCloud being publicly tested later this year, it makes sense to shore up on Game Pass and Xbox Live.
