To start off the Ubisoft E3 2019 conference, we get an immediate game play dive into Watch Dogs: Legion. We plunge into a futuristic London, giving off some early time cyberpunk vibes. It seems Dedsec has made a big impact in the near future. The game play video goes on to show off an array of gameplay abilities, different characters (You pick a new one each time you die) and more. This is an impressive change from Watch Dogs 2. You can literaly build your own crew, and recruit and play as anyone. Everyone is personally simulated. Each NPC has their own characteristics.
