A second season of That Time I got Reincarnated as a Slime has been announced. Word is that the series will be getting another season in 2020. The news came from the anime’s official Twitter account which doesn’t give an actual date just yet. I’m truly excited about this news as this was one of my favorite series of last year.

That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime took the anime community by storm with its humor and lovable characters, not to mention the amazing battles and story. To get a little more information about this story here is a little synopsis: “Mikami’s middle age hasn’t gone as he planned: He never found a girlfriend, he got stuck in a dead-end job, and he was abruptly stabbed to death in the street at 37. So when he wakes up in a new world straight out of a fantasy RPG, he’s disappointed but not exactly surprised to find that he’s not a knight or a wizard but a blind slime demon. But there are chances for even a slime to become a hero …”
Interested? Then check out the series on Crunchyroll and enjoy the amazing ride before the second season starts. As of the time of the writing of this article, there is no news regarding when exactly the second season will air, but we will update you as soon as more information is released.
