Just days before the San Diego Comic Con the Hollywood Reporter broke some amazing Marvel news. Taika Waititi will be coming back to direct Thor 4. The director brought some much need life to Marvels Thor.
The only problem with Waititi directing Thor 4 is that the movie Akira will be getting put on hold. Warner Bros. is currently putting that movie on hold as they discuss what to do next. It has yet to be announced if Chris Hemsworth will be playing the character of Thor again. After the success of Ragnarok and the evolution of his character in Avengers: Endgame, it seems like a no brainer for him to return to the role.
