Streets of Rage is one of the all-time greats when it comes to the side scrolling beat em up genre. The first game released back in 1991 on the Sega Megadrive and the Sega Genesis. Streets of Rage was one of many standout titles that made the Sega Genesis such an amazing console back in the early 90s. Now in 2019, I find myself getting excited for a new installment in this franchise thanks to Streets of Rage 4. Today, we received a brand new gameplay teaser featuring classic characters Axel and Blaze teaming up to deliver a serious butt-kicking to some deserving thugs. The gameplay is looking crisp, and responsive while still maintaining that classic Streets of Rage aesthetic. Check out the newest trailer below, at this time there is no release window or date or what platforms Streets of Rage 4 will launch on. However, when the information becomes available we will be sure to report back with the most up to date information.
