Scott Sndyder is the writer behind the fantastic Batman run that includes the Court of Owls, Death of the Family, Endgame, and many more memorable moments. He isn’t done yet – DC Comics has announced that Scott Snyder is writing Justice League along with artists Jim Cheung and Jorge Jimenez. The issue count will reset back to #1 with the debut issue.

The first issue will be coming out on June 6th right after DC Nation #0(May 2nd) and Justice League: No Justice(May 9th). This Justice League story follows the conclusion of the fantastic Dark Knights: Metal story. The story is as follows, “The Justice League is launched into a mystery that will draw out their most terrible foes…in ways our heroes couldn’t possibly imagine! In this debut issue, Martian Manhunter struggles to protect the team from an incoming threat that will shatter the world as they know it, while a familiar face strikes out on a dark path…”.
