The master swordsman is back in a brand new manga. In an article from Anime News Network, Weekly Shonen Jump Magazine has announced that Rurouni Kenshin will return. The new arc is titled Rurouni Kenshin: Hokkaido Arc.
Kenshin will be the main protagonist, and the new series will cover five arcs. The new manga was announced last December, but was delayed to summer of this year.
Viz Media will publish the entire series within its English Shonen Jump. They also confirmed that the series will have English subtitles as well.
Better still, there’s no need to worry about how long you will have to wait to read the new magna. The first chapter will release simultaneously with Japan.
