Ralph Breaks the Internet Knocks Out Creed II and The Grinch

Ralph Breaks the Internet box office results are looking very strong. This weekend, the animated film Ralph Breaks the Internet has had the second largest Thanksgiving opening. The movie grossed an estimated $84 million over the whole opening week. Now I use weekend totals and this film grossed $55 million with out the extra days. Right now the movie is sitting at $125 million world-wide.

Creed II did extremely well this weekend. The movie grossed $55 million over the full five day holiday. For the weekend total Creed II grossed $35 million. Both Ralph Breaks the Internet and Creed II enjoyed a fantastic time this weekend. The movie that didn’t enjoy a strong box office number or even positive review was Robin Hood. That film is sitting at number seven and grossed $9 million over three days.

Weekend Top Five

5. Bohemian Rhapsody $13.8 million

4. Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald $29.6 million

3. The Grinch $30 million

2. Creed II $35 million

  1.  Ralph Breaks the Internet $55.6 million

Next weekend, only one movie will be opening in enough theaters to even dent the top five. I believe The Possession of Hannah Grace will be that movie. In some incredible news, Venom has overtaken Mission Impossible: Fallout to become the sixth-highest grossing movie in the world. Right now Venom is sitting at $822.5 million world-wide. If you want to see who had the box office crown last weekend, check that out here.
