Today Xbox Wire has announced that Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will be seeing something new. Perks will be coming to the service. Think of it like what Amazon does with Twitch Prime, this is geared towards Xbox games though.
Players will be able to get certain items to use in-game. Here is the list of games and items that are available right now. This was taken directly from the Xbox Wire site.

Every time a new lineup for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is announced so will some new perks.
