Overwatch is celebrating its birthday with a new event, new skins, new map, and more. Here’s how you can take part in their two year anniversary, starting tomorrow, May 22nd.
All of the skins (and many other details of the Overwatch Anniversary event) were leaked a few days ago. This video does a great job of summing them up and going into detail of each new skin. The characters that are getting makeovers include Bastion, Brigitte, Doomfist, Junkrat, McCree, Orisa, Solider: 76, Symmetra, Torbjorn, and Tracer. As an Orisa main, a WoW player, and former druid main, I’m looking forward to hers.

Also coming with the anniversary event is the new Deathmatch map, Petra. It features cliffs, caverns, a collapsing bridge, jump pads, and more. An excavation project, see how it’s going to stack up for Deathmatch:
Overall, the event is going to have about 50 new cosmetics. A few days into the party, there will also be a free weekend (May 25th through the 28th), so if you have any friends who are considering buying, make sure to get them online this weekend. The Overwatch Anniversary Event starts tomorrow and runs until June 11th!
