Microsoft wasted no time during their E3 2019 presentation to show off some of the upcoming games we can expect from Xbox Game Studios in the near future and platforming fans will be delighted to know that we finally have a release date for Ori and the Will of the Wisps. You will be able to get your paws on this game on February 11th, 2020. Subscribers to Xbox Game Pass will be able to play the game on launch day for no extra cost.
The new footage showed the lovable Ori pitted against massive bosses such as a giant spider and a ferocious wolf. While the previous game focused on precision platforming, Ori and the Will of the Wisps will also include a range of offensive capabilities such as utilizing a bow and arrows. You can still expect hauntingly beautiful graphics drawn by hand and Metroid inspired gameplay which lets you revisit areas of the game and utilize new abilities to access new challenges.
