This weekend movie goers had a good variety of movies to choose from. They had The Nun, Smallfoot, Night School, A Simple Favor, and plenty more to pick from. Some theaters even had the My Hero Academia: Two Heroes movie. Only one of these movies made it to the top and that was Night School. The Kevin Hart driven comedy grossed a healthy $28 million this weekend against a budget of $29 million. Night School grossed $5 million in the foreign market bringing the worldwide total to $33.5 million.
Hell Fest didn’t actually make more then $10 million this weekend. The movie landed in sixth among the top ten. The Nun has managed to pass $300 million worldwide with a total of $330 million. My Hero Academia: Two Heroes opened on September 25th and has grossed a healthy $3.8 million so far. The is great news for the Anime series.

The time is finally coming for Marvel fans. Venom is coming next weekend along with A Star is Born starring Lady Gaga. As I looked through the list of movies coming out this month, I noticed Johhny English 3. I just don’t understand why in the world a third movie in this series would be needed. I guess I just don’t understand movies like I thought I did.
