Ultimate difficulty (which is now the highest difficulty option) continues the trend of having the difficulties be named after different Spider-Man comics, which is pretty cool. New Game+ mode lets you replay the game with all your upgrades and gear unlocked from the beginning.
This update also added support for the upcoming DLC season Marvel’s Spider-Man: The City That Never Sleeps, which is a three-part series. The first episode, Marvel’s Spider-Man: The Heist, marks the return of Black Cat. For more information on that DLC episode, check here.
Marvel’s Spider-Man has been extremely well-received, getting great reviews and selling 3.3 million copies in just three days. If you are still on the fence regarding picking up the game, you can read our review right here.
