Mortal Kombat fans were given a trailer yesterday which shows off new characters coming to the game via the Mortal Kombat 11 Kombat Pack. Last week Ed Boon had teased the release would happen around the end of the month. He kept his promise. Shang Tsung will not be the only character coming back from the past. Check out the trailer for yourself below:
Players will also get the opportunity to play as Sindel, Nightwolf, and Spawn – the anti-hero from Image Comics. Two additional fighters will be revealed at a later date.
Shang Tsung looks fantastic in the trailer. He honestly looks like he could be related to Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, the actor who played him the campy 1995 Mortal Kombat movie. And his fatality! The Mortal Kombat series is no stranger to gruesome deaths but that one has to be among the top 10 finishes in the franchise.
