Chirolou’s light novel, If It’s for My Daughter I’d Even Defeat a Demon Lord, has been adapted into an anime and is set to make its premiere on July 4th. The story follows the character Dale who is a highly composed and skilled adventurer who despite his youth has made a name for himself. One day while on a job in the forest, he comes across a little girl who is a devil and who was on the brink of death on the shore. Dale saves her and takes her home as her adoptive father. After rescuing her, Dale begins to ask himself why was this girl was all alone and why does she have a mark of a criminal?
