Here are your PlayStation Plus games for March 2019

The Spring season is almost upon us and all of you who have been affected with the recent cold snaps are probably looking forward to sunshine and warmer weather. Don’t forget that a new month also brings us more free games to play from our PlayStation Plus subscriptions. Sony has announced the PlayStation Plus lineup for March 2019 and you are in for two very different kinds of gaming experiences next month.

Before we get to next month’s games, let me remind you that there will only be two games available in March and they are both strictly PS4 games. Sony dropped support for the PS3 and PS Vita consoles from PlayStation Plus last month. All of your previously claimed Plus games for those systems will remain available so long as you remain a subscriber. Your cloud saves will still be there as well.

With all of that out of the way, let’s check out the games you can expect from PlayStation Plus next month.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered

This comes across as a surprising choice as you originally had to buy a completely separate title just to get this one. To be perfectly honest with all of you, I am not a big Call of Duty fan but Modern Warfare is one of the few games from the franchise that I played. You can get a lot of hours from the multiplayer modes.

The Witness

Over 11 years ago an indie developer gave us Braid, a fantastic puzzle-platformer with time traveling mechanics. Blow then spent the next 8 years working on his next masterpiece, The Witness and now it will be yours for free. This time you solve intricate puzzles in a first person perspective and the narrative is quite compelling, in my opinion.

There you have it. What do you think of your PlayStation Plus games for March 2019?
