Focus Home Interactive and Saber Interactive have released the official launch trailer for World War Z, a co-op shooter that is set within the same universe as the film of the same name from Paramount Pictures. As an extra treat, the trailer is set to the son War which was covered by Black Stone Cherry. You can check out the trailer for yourself below:
World War Z was developed with Saber Ineteractive’s Swarm Engine which helps the game hurl literally hundreds of zombies at the players. You will be able to choose from six character classes and join with your friends in four-player co-op missions set in real world locations such as New York City and Jerusalem. Feel like taking on some human opponents along with hordes of the undead? World War Z also offers PvPvZ (Player vs Player vs Zombies) multiplayer matches to scratch that itch.
The game is available for pre-order right now and will officially launch on April 16th. Those who pre-order World War Z will get the Lobo Weapon Pack for no extra cost. This DLC pack includes three gold weapon skins to give your firearms some bling and the Lobo dual-bladed spade. The game will be available both digitally and physically for both the Xbox One and PS4. All of you PC owners will have to go to the Epic Games Store if they want to play this title at launch.
